It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you do not love your selection, we would be happy to refund or exchange the item(s) for a store credit!
Return Policy: 
We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy returns. Please read our return policy below and use our return form to proceed with a return.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
• Formal Gowns are final sale. Online orders of formal gowns will have a 7 day return policy if customer is outside of a 30 mile radius. This is intended to allow non-local customers to try on gowns.
Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned.
All items must be returned with their original tags attached, free of stains.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
We do not accept returns on jewelry or intimates.
Swimsuits are treated as an intimate and can not be returned.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

I received a damaged item! What do I do?
Damaged or defective items:  If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a full refund. If we have sent you a defective or damaged item, we will issue a refund upon item inspection and pay for return shipping, if the item is deemed defective upon inspection.
Canceled Orders:
We understand that sometimes customers change their minds! All orders placed online or through social media, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc, must be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund if an In-Store Pickup. Orders are shipped out as soon as possible, sometimes this is immediately sometimes later, but always by the next business day. It is best to call the store immediately if you placed a Shipped order and want to cancel it so we can try to make arrangements.
• If your order was already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
• Items must be postmarked no later than 2 days after your order arrives to qualify for a refund.
• If you chose to cancel your order after 12 hours before picking it up, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
• Items must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase to receive a refund, full or discounted. After which, store credit will be issued up until 7 days.
• An E-Mail can be sent to to cancel or alter an order, we will check the time stamp to determine the type of refund allowed.
    We have very limited quantities of our items, so it is important that they are available for customers as much as possible! 
    I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?

    We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If we sent the wrong item, simply contact Customer Service and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
